Meet Jemma
M. Child Play Therapy, M. Social Work, B. Arts (Cultural Studies)
Jemma is a play therapist and social worker with a background in therapeutic work with children, young people and families both in Australia and internationally. Jemma holds a Masters of Child Play Therapy and a Masters of Social Work.
At the heart of her work is a focus on relationships and connection. She is committed to holding a safe, warm and welcoming environment where children and families can express themselves, explore their needs and feel empowered. She strongly believes that when we nurture relationships and connection we have the capacity to positively impact our environment - our family, school, community - ultimately making our world more inclusive, supportive and compassionate.
